Who we are
Restructure Partners is an Australian specialist restructuring and insolvency advisory.
Restructure Partners is a business of [registered legal entity name — confirm] (ABN [confirm]).
What we do — and what we don’t
Restructure Partners provides general information to help Australian company directors understand their options when facing financial pressure — director penalty notices, ATO debt, small business restructuring, voluntary administration and liquidation — and connects them with appropriate ASIC-registered practitioners to act on those options.
Restructure Partners does not itself carry out formal insolvency appointments. Small Business Restructuring, Voluntary Administration and Liquidation can only be administered by registered practitioners, and those appointments are performed by the registered, regulated specialists we work with — not by Restructure Partners. Nothing on this website is personal legal, financial, or taxation advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Our relationship with H&H Tax and Business Advisors
Restructure Partners works closely with H&H Tax and Business Advisors (Habib and Hanley). Clients of H&H who are dealing with mounting debt, ATO arrears, cash-flow pressure or director penalty notices may be referred to Restructure Partners, which then connects them with appropriate restructuring and insolvency pathways.
