What we do

Where a formal step is required — appointing a Small Business Restructuring practitioner, a voluntary administrator, or a liquidator — those roles are carried out by ASIC-registered practitioners, and we connect you with the appropriate specialist for your circumstances. Restructure Partners does not itself carry out formal insolvency appointments; our role is to help you understand your position and reach the right registered professional quickly.
