About Restructure Partners
Restructure Partners is an Australian specialist restructuring and insolvency advisory. We help company directors under financial pressure understand their options — director penalty notices, ATO debt, small business restructuring, voluntary administration and liquidation — in plain English, and connect them with the right registered, regulated practitioners to act on those options. Our guidance is reviewed by Alex Hanley, a Chartered Accountant.

What we do
Facing mounting debt, an ATO notice, or a director penalty notice is stressful and time-pressured — and most of the information available is either too technical or too salesy to be useful when you actually need it. Restructure Partners exists to give directors a clear, calm and confidential starting point: what a notice means, what your realistic options are, the deadlines that apply, and what happens next.
Where a formal step is required — appointing a Small Business Restructuring practitioner, a voluntary administrator, or a liquidator — those roles are carried out by ASIC-registered practitioners, and we connect you with the appropriate specialist for your circumstances. Restructure Partners does not itself carry out formal insolvency appointments; our role is to help you understand your position and reach the right registered professional quickly.
Our expert — Alex Hanley, Chartered Accountant

Every guide on this site is reviewed for accuracy by Alex Hanley, a Chartered Accountant who works closely with directors to identify the early signs of financial distress and explain the practical options available to them. Alex is the exclusive expert for Restructure Partners.
How we work with H&H Tax and Business Advisors
Restructure Partners works closely with H&H Tax and Business Advisors (Habib and Hanley). Clients of H&H who are dealing with mounting debt, ATO arrears, cash-flow pressure or director penalty notices can be referred directly to Restructure Partners, which then connects them with appropriate restructuring and insolvency pathways such as small business restructuring, voluntary administration, and other business recovery strategies.
We believe in being upfront about how we work. For a full explanation of Restructure Partners, our relationships, and how referrals operate, see our Disclosure.
